Basic knowledge

Glue removing

COF removing

COF cleaning

Glass cleaning

PCB cleaning

Day 2 Morning

Bonding machine operation

ACF attaching

Electrode alignment

• Day 2 Afternoon

Glass side bonding

PCB side bonding

Checking after bonding

 Day 3 ~ Day 4
